To caption a shot of herself looking glamorous as always in a gown with a sweetheart neckline, the Shahs pal wrote: "Are you your own motivation? Holy s---, this is [100 percent] going to keep me focused. Remember not to shame yourself. Positive thinking and a positive inner dialogue is the key to our success. I have goals to reach, but it doesn’t mean I’ll beat myself up on the journey. We all have ups and downs. One day at a time, one good decision at a time. I got this."
