And just like that, The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple Melissa Gorga and her husband Joe Gorga just marked a major moment in their relationship. This week, the couple celebrated their 20th wedding anniversary. The pair have spent the last two decades building a life by each others' sides, including becoming moguls, parents to 3 kids (Antonia, Joey Jr,, and Gino), and remain constant supporters of one another no matter what.
And you can bet they did not pass up the opportunity to show each other love to celebrate the big moment.
What Melissa Gorga and Joe Shared About Their Marriage on Anniversary
Melissa reflected on their two decades of marriage in an emotional Instagram post: "20 years. TWENTY. Happy Anniversary [Joe] feel like I was just a girl when I married you at 25 but boy, I was a pretty smart one. The good and the bad, the ups and the downs, having people watch our every move like we're in a fishbowl. We've made it! All While inspiring others and showing them what marriage truly is and what it could really be. My dream is that our kids have watched us through the years and are as happy in their marriages. Thank you for always loving me."
Joe also didn't miss the chance to gush over his life partner, writing on Instagram: "Happy anniversary to the love of my life. I knew from day one. Can’t wait to spend the next 20 years with you. I Love you."
Joe Gorga Celebrates Birthday and Turns 50 on Wedding Anniversary Week
The landmark anniversary just so happened to coincide with a milestone birthday for Joe Gorga, who turns 50 this week.
"Happy birthday [Joe]. You are the rock of this family! We are so blessed to have been able to share so many memories in our favorite place [Italy] with our children and celebrate your birthday," Melissa shared on Instagram. "I never stop counting our blessings or realize how lucky I am to have you in my life. I can't believe I'm married to a 50-year-old. I love you! Let's keep celebrating this amazing life that we have. Xox."
