You Need to See Meghan King Owens’ Holiday Family Photo
The RHOC alum shares a very merry moment with her family, which will soon welcome a new addition.
Meghan King Owens is spreading holiday cheer with her family. The Real Housewives of Orange County alum recently took to Instagram to share festive moments with some of her loved ones as they celebrated the holiday season together.
"Aspen asked Santa to send her an elf on the shelf. Nooooo!!!!!! WE DO ENOUGH. How can I avoid this?" Meghan wrote in the caption of her December 13 Instagram post, which featured the RHOC mom with her three children — daughter Aspen and twin sons, Hart and Hayes — that she shares with ex-husband, Jim Edmonds.
The cute holiday picture posing with Santa also included Meghan's mother, Julie, and Meghan's sister, Caitlin King Rhodes, along with Caitlin's 17-month-old daughter, River.
Meghan couldn't help but share another heartwarming photo with her little niece, posting in her Instagram Stories, "I have three kids but somehow I forget all about them when my niece is around. HOW IS THAT A THING?!?!"
The mom of three also captured another festive group picture featuring Santa inside a fish tank at the aquarium. Meghan shared details about the family holiday trip in the caption of her December 5 Instagram post: "We did it. And that’s a wrap. Second annual staycation at Union Station in St. Louis has come to a close with a morning visit to the aquarium. I shared a hotel room with my three kids and we all got minimal sleep while doing the most with activities and now we all could use 24 hour naps. I cancelled breakfast with Santa today (what was I thinking?!) and presently wondering why I do any of this stuff at all when ultimately all I get is meltdowns and tears. But guess what, I’ll do it all again next year [because] that’s what us mamas do."
In addition to the group pictures with Santa, Meghan shared an adorable video of all the kids dressed in matching holiday gear as they went for a stroll together. Unfortunately, one of her boys crashed right into a pole while they were walking, which prompted Meghan to jokingly write in the caption of the post, "When you’ve had too much Christmas and it’s only December 7..."
Last month, the RHOC mom also celebrated daughter Aspen's birthday with a sweet family photo, which included her twin sons and her husband, Cuffe Biden Owens. She wrote in the caption of the November 24 post, "Happy 5th birthday to the most firey-firecracker: Aspen. She felt so special to have a fun day hosted by SeaWorld with her extended family all together. The grown-ups are tired, the kids are out like lights, and we got some halfway decent sunny pics to prove that we had a ball."
Recently, Caitlin also took to Instagram to make an exciting announcement that the family would soon be welcoming a new addition. Meghan's sister — who announced the birth of her baby girl last year — wrote in the caption of her November 25 post, "Grateful for our growing family! River is going to be a BIG SIS in June! She’s thrilled."
