Meghan King Edmonds Proves She's Still Got Those Modeling Chops
The #RHOC mom just ruled the runway.
Meghan King Edmonds may brush off her days as a model ("I dabbled in modeling"), but it's pretty clear that The Real Housewives of Orange County mom still has the skills to pay the bills. She recently stepped out on the catwalk in a stunning gown and put her modeling abilities to good use in a gown by Sha Ali Ahmad during a fashion show.
Meghan spoke to The Daily Dish about her previous career as a model last year. In the past, she's stepped in front of the camera for the likes of Cosmopolitan and Abercrombie & Fitch, but she revealed that the career wasn't all it's cracked up to be. "I wanted to get into modeling because easy money and glam. Like, hello? That's why everyone does," she said. "And it's neither one, it turns out. It's not glamorous or easy money, unless you're like my brother and then you're like that ***hole that everybody wants to be."
As Meghan mentioned, her brother, RJ King, has found quite a lot of success in the biz. "He saw my experience, and I was like, 'Stay out of modeling.' And he's like, 'Oh my God, yeah,'" Meghan said. "And then he's like, 'But I'm gonna do it.' And he did, and he has blown it out of the water, so I'm glad he did."
