The Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent addressed whether the two are still in contact as they officially end their marriage of four and a half years. “Well, Bobby and I are in the midst of a divorce right now. And we’re not at the moment speaking,” Josh told The Daily Dish during a joint interview with Tracy Tutor at the NBCUniversal upfront on May 16. “I hope that will change in the future, but we’ll find out.”

Josh and Bobby announced they had decided to divorce in separate statements on Instagram on March 4. “Bobby and I are divorcing - This might sound abrupt but I felt I should be transparent from the top rather than bury the headline. This was not a rash or impulsive decision. We have been very thoughtful before coming to this conclusion. It was not a lack of love but rather the two of us growing in different directions and wanting very different things for ourselves,” Josh said in his statement. “I care deeply about Bobby and have nothing but love and respect for him. I want how we separate from each other to represent that.”

“Thanks to all for your unwavering support,” Josh concluded his post.

Bobby shared a similar sentiment in his statement about the breakup. “As the news has come out, it may seem sudden to most of you, but Josh and I have been spending the last couple of months figuring this out together. We wanted this to be private between us and not involve most of our friends and family. If there is one thing I can say about both of us, it’s that we both gave everything we absolutely could to make this work,” Bobby said, in part, in his post. “Unfortunately, as we have learned, sometimes love isn’t enough. We have found that we want different things for our lives and our paths look very different now. I love Josh with all of my heart and will always respect and admire him. I’m forever grateful to him for showing me that true love does exist.”

“And now, today, we both go on our new journeys. This may be the end of our romantic relationship, but I’ll always consider him part of my family,” Bobby continued. “Joshua, I love you and wish you nothing but love and absolute happiness. Thank you everyone for your love, support, and understanding.”

Tracy, who was neighbors with the former couple and is Josh’s BFF, also shared with The Daily Dish at the NBCUniversal upfront whether she still keeps in touch with Bobby amid the split. “Listen, I check in on Bobby, make sure he’s OK. I think it’s hard to go through a divorce, whether you’re on television or not,” said Tracy, whose own divorce from Jason Maltas has been documented on MDLLA. “I think it just makes it a little bit more difficult, so hopefully he’s doing well.”

After announcing his divorce, Josh confirmed later in March that he had begun seeing someone new. Josh shared how that new relationship is going while speaking with The Daily Dish this month. “I’ve found somebody that I really, really like, and I’ve known for a long time,” he said. “And after I left my marriage, I asked him out on a date, and, you know, we’ve been going strong ever since.”

Josh previously told People that his new boyfriend also works in real estate. They had been “friends for a while” and “it just happened organically.” He added of his beau, “I like him very much, and he’s a very nice guy.”

He also told E! News around the same time that he “was open to whatever new adventure came along” as the friendship turned to romance. “I was open to the next chapter of my life,” Josh shared.

MDLLA is streaming on Peacock and available on the Bravo app.
