Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Mariah Huq's Relationship Just Took an Unexpected Turn
We have a major update on the Married to Medicine ladies' beef.
If there was ever a relationship that needed some TLC, it would be Dr. Heavenly Kimes and Mariah Huq. Whenever these two Married to Medicine ladies are in the same room together, it always seems to result in fireworks and "yo mama" jokes.
So is there anything that can be done to salvage this friendship? Vivica A. Fox took on that difficult task when Dr. Heavenly and Mariah recently appeared on her new talk show Face the Truth.
Dr. Heavenly and Mariah faced their issues head-on as they discussed why they just can't seem to get along. Mariah shared that she doesn't appreciate Dr. Heavenly's negative comments about her mother, and Dr. Heavenly accused Mariah of creating fake social media accounts to criticize her online.
In the end, a private investigator determined that there was no evidence that any of the social media accounts Dr. Heavenly had flagged were connected to Mariah. Then, something huge happened. Dr. Heavenly actually said she was sorry to Mariah. "If she can dish it, she can take it. But if the world thinks I'm wrong, I apologize," Dr. Heavenly said of Mariah's mother. "I am sorry about speaking on your mother. Just tell your mother don't speak on me or my daughter."
Mariah then promised that she would have a talk with her mom. All of that was enough to make Vivica exclaim, "We got a breakthrough!"
Dr. Heavenly and Mariah even ended the show praising each other's skills as mothers, wives, and entrepreneurs. Now we'll just have to wait and see how long this truce lasts.
The reason Dr. Heavenly and Mariah have been at odds so much this season of Married to Medicine also has to do with Mariah alleging that Dr. Heavenly's husband, Dr. Damon Kimes, has been unfaithful. Mariah opened up more about her supposed receipts during her appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen earlier this month. See what she had to say, below.
