LuAnn Gives Justin Bieber Paparazzi Pointers

Justin Bieber, is that you? The Real Housewives of New York City's LuAnn de Lesseps has some Halloween-friendly advice for the heartthrob when he's looking to temporarily ditch the spotlight.

"As for paparazzi, they can be very annoying but that is part of being a mega-star, and Justin needs to take more evasive measures if he doesn't want to be hassled when he's out and about," LuAnn tells the Biebs in her ‘What Would the Countess Do?' column for OK! Magazine. "If you want to avoid being hassled by the paparazzi, wear a disguise and go out the service entrance."

Evading middle-aged paparazzi are one thing, but controlling scores of screaming girls sick with Bieber Fever? That's an international epidemic for the "Somebody to Love" singer. "Justin Bieber is giving free concerts throughout Europe to promote his new album and his young female fans are mobbing the venues to see him perform," writes LuAnn.

In true phenom fashion, Justin had to recently send Twitter pleas asking his fans in Norway to obey police after several people were injured in the "Baby" hoopla. "Now that cities know what can happen during a Bieber performance, they should institute better crowd control measures and increase security so that what happened in Norway doesn't happen elsewhere."
