Luann de Lesseps Rejects Plea Deal in Connection with Arrest in Palm Beach
Luann's attorney was in court on Wednesday.
Following her arrest last December in Palm Beach, TMZ reports that Luann de Lesseps has rejected a plea deal in connection with the case. Her attorney was in court on Wednesday for a hearing about the arrest which took place last Christmas Eve and during the hearing, prosecutors offered a deal, which her attorney turned down. Details about the deal were not available.
Luann previously entered a not guilty plea, and in late January was charged with resisting an officer with violence, in addition to trespassing and disorderly intoxication. In January, The Real Housewives of New York City mom also completed a 21-day stay at an alcohol treatment center.
Luann was arrested in Palm Beach on December 24 on charges of battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person. The Daily Dish recently chatted with Bethenny Frankel who shared how Luann is doing in the wake of these events, and when the Skinnygirl mogul stopped by Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last week, she revealed how the two women have caught up with each other since Luann returned home after her stay at the alcohol treatment center, which you can check out in the clip below.
