Vanderpump Rules restaurateur Lisa Vanderpump hosted a glamorous opening party at her new Las Vegas restaurant, Pinky's by Vanderpump.
Lisa Vanderpump’s newest restaurant is officially open for business. On Thursday, December 5, the Vanderpump Rules boss hosted an over-the-top grand opening for Pinky's by Vanderpump, her Las Vegas eatery located in the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.
As cocktail-attired guests awaited Lisa's arrival in the 7,000-square-foot space, they enjoyed a selection of specialty cocktails and Vanderpump wines while taking in the sights. And no, the word "sights" isn't used lightly here.
Everywhere you look at Pinky's (coined after Lisa’s nickname), there's a detail to admire thanks to Lisa's longtime partnership with designer Nick Alain. The old Vegas-inspired restaurant boasts feather-bedecked lighting, green crystal chandeliers, luxe carpeting, and a twirling gold flapper statue at the center of the bar — all bespoke, as is custom for the design duo.
Lisa shared details on the design when she first announced the new restaurant in November 2023. "Through our design company [Vanderpump Alain] we are embracing the unique history of Flamingo Las Vegas, and the designs will be reminiscent of a bygone era," she wrote in an Instagram post at the time. "Caesars has allowed us the creativity to truly delve into the Art Deco style and create something that will encompass the stunning design of that time. "

Tom Schwartz and Peter Madrigal made their way to sin city for the event, while Lisa's adoring husband, Ken Todd, celebrated the night in a smartly bedazzled suit jacket.

After making her way inside, Lisa took the stage to give a speech alongside Caesar's Entertainment executives.
"I'm surrounded by this incredible team at Caesar's Palace. They've been so generous to us," said Lisa. "I am so lucky to have Nick Alain as a partner. We create and we dream and we've been fortunate enough to be given carte blanche to create something. [ ... ] I've loved every second of it — well, not every second of it, but I hope you enjoy it as much as we do."
Reminding the crowd that this is the fourth concept created between Caesars and Vanderpump (Vanderpump Vegas, Vanderpump à Paris, and Wolf are the other three), they dubbed it "the best one yet."
"Let's party at Pinky's!" Lisa declared as toasting glasses were heard around the room.
What's on the menu at Pinky's by Vanderpump?
If the party was any indication, the full menu at Pinky's is sure to be fabulous. Guests snacked on passed wagyu sliders topped with dill pickle tater tots, goat cheese balls (of course), pigs in a blanket, and mini tiramisu served via flamingo-topped toothpicks. Cocktails abounded, each bearing a fabulous adornment such as a branded orange peel or cotton candy.
