Lisa Vanderpump Has One Request of Lala Kent's Fiancé Randall Emmett
The Vanderpump Rules boss opens up about the man in the SURver's life.
As you might recall, Lala Kent recently offered up some insight into how she thinks Lisa Vanderpump feels about her fiancé, Randall Emmett, sharing: "She loves him ... Lisa loves him; Ken [Todd] loves him. We've gotten caviar at the Polo Lounge together being chic AF."
Wel, now we're getting LVP's take on the man who stole Lala's heart. The Vanderpump Rules boss recently stopped by The Daily Dish HQ and she shared her feelings on their romance. "Well, I don't know their relationship that intimately," she shared, adding that "I'm actually pleased now that she can be more open about who she's dating 'cause I think on a reality show if you're shut down, it starts to kind of really provoke a lot of questions. People are more interested in what you're hiding than what you're saying. So I think that's good."
Lisa is referring to the early days of Lala's courtship with Randall in which she kept as much of the relationship under wraps as possible and never used his name. Eventually, that all changed and she became more open with their romance and how they met at SUR of all places — and Randall later popped the question in September. Now, LVP is waiting on another aspect of their relationship to loosen up a bit.
"I think he should actually be present in her life on the show because I think he's an integral part of her life. So I think that's something she should deal with at some point," Lisa noted. (Lala's not the first SURver to have a significant other not appear on camera. Stassi Schroeder also had a similar issue in her relationship with ex, Patrick Meagher. It should be noted that Randall appeared on Flipping Out last season, clip above.)
Lisa continued, "But I think that he's pretty supportive of her. When we've had dinner together he seems very supportive and supportive of the show, so that's a good thing."
