Lisa Vanderpump Clashes with Lumber Truck; Lumber Truck Wins

Lisa Vanderpump can't catch a break. First the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star had her stolen Bentley driven off a cliff, then her designer bags were swiped from New York's Soho Grand Hotel. Then, there was that confrontation that turned physical at the Beverly Hills Hotel in December, and now her former best friend continues to paint her in a not-so-sweet light. Unfortch, Lisa's bad luck list is still growing.
TMZ reports the Brit restaurateur was driving along Beverly Hills' Benedict Canyon Drive when some lumber took a tumble off of the truck in front of her.
"Oh dear... everything is fine... shaken and a little stirred.. lumber fell off truck in front of me," Lisa tweeted about the accident. "I tried to avoid it... didn't.. hooted to get his attention he then pushed me off the road umm not good... car a mess,I'm ok."
Lisa tells TMZ the truck attached to her Bentley at one point and caused serious damage. "I'm not feeling so good. I'm going to see a doctor," she said.
The crash came during one of those rare moments when Giggy wasn't by Lisa's side. Kyle Richards showed up to help her rattled friend, who scored grief on Twitter for saying "hooted" instead of "honked."
"Horrible day.. let's try again tomorrow!xx," she last tweeted. Feel better soon, Lisa!
