Kathy Hilton Had a Message for Lisa Rinna When They Reunited on the Red Carpet
See what happened when Kathy Hilton and RHOBH alum Lisa Rinna ran into each other on the red carpet.
More than three years after their drama played out on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12, Kathy Hilton and Lisa Rinna just amicably reunited on a red carpet together.
The moment happened when both of the ladies attended the WWD Style Awards on January 3. Lisa wore a cream gown with appliques and gloves and sported a short bleach blonde hair look. Kathy, on the other hand, had on a short-sleeved black dress with rhinestone accents.
In a video posted as part of a since-expired Instagram Story by the @BravoBreakingNews Instagram account, Kathy started off the conversation by giving Lisa a major compliment.
"I love the blonde hair," Kathy said to the former diamond holder, who left the show after Season 12.
Lisa then asked Kathy how she's doing.
"I'm good," the mom of four responded. "I'm tired. I just got back from out of town."
"I know, me too," Lisa replied. "You know what? Don't stop."
"Don't stop," Kathy agreed.
Are Kathy Hilton and Lisa Rinna friends?
After their friendship-ending drama during the group trip to Aspen on RHOBH Season 12 (which also damaged Kathy's relationship with sister Kyle Richards), Lisa shared that she and Kathy had an amicable exchange at the 2022 People's Choice Awards.
"I saw Kathy last night, and we had a lovely chat," Lisa told Entertainment Tonight in December 2022. "All good… all good. All I need to say. We had a fun time last night. We all did. It was a fun night."
Speaking about their past falling-out Lisa said, "You know, I think, at the end of the day, we do a TV show. So I think that after eight years and all the things that we’ve been through, we’re grown women and we can pretty much get through anything at the end of the day."
In November 2023, Kathy shared a surprising update on her relationship with Lisa on an episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
"I received the most beautiful giant flower bouquet and a beautiful card and I called her to thank her and we talked for about 20 minutes," she said about her renewed friendship with Lisa. "She's doing well and I'm very happy for her. We always had such a good time — until we didn't."
Fast-forward to April 2024, and the ladies posed for photos together at a benefit for the Women’s Cancer Research Fund in Beverly Hills.
