Lala Kent Reveals Her "Wild" Due Date for Baby No. 2 and Surprising Details About Her Pregnancy
Vanderpump Rules' Lala Kent shared why it was a "no-brainer" for her to use IUI to conceive her second baby.
Lala Kent is in the process of "expanding [her] pod" now that she's pregnant with her second baby.
The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared her exciting pregnancy news on March 3, and fans are now getting some insight into her journey thanks to Season 11 and the Vanderpump Rules After Show.

The Vanderpump Rules cast member shared when exactly her second child is due during the Vanderpump Rules After Show: September 1, 2024.
"We're bumping, and expecting a baby in September," she said, before revealing why her due date holds special significance to her. "My due date is September 1, which is wild because I'm September 2," Lala said about how close the baby's due date is to her own birthday.

On the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Lala said that while she doesn't know the sex of her baby "quite yet," she has plans to find out "in a couple [of] weeks."
New Details About Lala Kent's Pregnancy Journey
Lala opened up about her timeline for getting pregnant with her second child on the Vanderpump Rules After Show. "I secured the donor, and in October, I had taken out my IUD, and we started tracking my ovulation and things like that," she said while sitting alongside The Valley cast member Brittany Cartwright. "And, in December, we did the first round of IUI, and I got lucky, and it took. So, we're bumping."
She also revealed that her mom, Lisa, was the first to suggest that she use a donor.
"I've always been a single parent, so that part didn't scare me. When my mom brought up, 'What about a donor?', it just kind of seemed like a no-brainer, and I didn't think twice about it. It was like, 'Hold up. I can get the baby, I don't have to deal with the 50-50 chance of it working out — because even if you have a great relationship, and you separate, you still have to share your kid," Lala continued. "And that is gut-wrenching, and I never want to experience that ever again in my whole life. I have such a stellar support system... I don't feel like a single parent. I feel like I['ve] got all hands on deck."
Lisa Vanderpump's Thoughts on Lala Kent's Pregnancy Journey and IUI Plans
On Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 7, which aired on March 12, Lala sat down with SUR matriarch Lisa Vanderpump to discuss her plans to use Intrauterine Insemination (IUI) to conceive her second child.
Specifically explaining why she wanted to move forward with her family expansion plans instead of waiting to meet someone special, Lala told Lisa, "Because I want another baby so badly, and this morning, my child is fully speaking ... She's very excited about the thought of a sibling."
When Lisa wondered why Lala wouldn't wait to fall in love with someone new first, Lala had a firm response.
"I don't want a baby daddy," she told Lisa. "It's not happening. There's no changing my mind."
As Lala said in an interview on the episode, she recognizes that "this is not the norm."
"I just feel like going the donor route is the right decision for me," she added. "I want an absolute with this baby. No matter what, like this is my baby. Like, no one can ever come in and take it from me. I don't have to share on Christmas Day, just mine."
Lala doesn't have plans to stop at two kids, either. As she told Lisa, she would adopt in the future, and she would also potentially have another baby with a partner down the road.
"I love being a mom," she concluded.
