Kylie Jenner Actually Accepted One of Those Viral Teen Promposals
The #KUWTK sister finally made it to her first prom.
Recent reports suggest that Kylie Jenner and Tyga are on another “break,” and Kylie is wasting no time in reminding the world that she’s a fancy-free teen. On Saturday night, Kylie hopped on her private jet with her buddy Jordyn Woods looking very dressed up. But why?
They were heading to a junior prom at Rio Americano High School in Sacramento, CA. Earlier that week a junior named Albert Ochoa “promposed” to Kylie when a girl at his high school rejected him. It’s unclear if Albert was actually expecting Kylie to show up, but she arrived with a full camera crew, so someone must have been warned. We're guessing the entire stunt will end up on Keeping Up With The Kardashians eventually.
Twitter user @sydduhney tweeted about the event, though they’ve since made those tweets private — not a lot of people can handle the heat Kylie Jenner attracts. Refinery29 reports that the unnamed tweeter is related to the girl who rejected Albert, and even they are celebrating him. They shared pics of Albert and Kylie, writing, “kylie jenner for reals went to rio prom tonight with the guy my sister [turned] down (for the record she turned him down bc it was her friends older brother but STILL).”
This occasion marks the first time Kylie has ever been to prom, although the beauty mogul previously admitted to E! News that she'd always wanted to attend one. "I plan on making one of my friends take me to prom," she said. "I feel like I need to go to one. I want to go to one of them." Well, it looks like Kylie crossed off an item on her bucket list and made a teen’s dream come true all in one night.
