Kyle Richards has a major new project in the works. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is set to star in Peacock’s first original holiday movie, The Housewives of the North Pole.

Kyle will star alongside actress Betsy Brandt as Trish and Diana, two close friends who have been dubbed "The Christmas Queens of North Pole, Vermont," after winning the Best Holiday House decorating competition every year for the past nine years. But their friendship is put into jeopardy after the two get into an argument just days before Christmas. Their feud causes a serious divide in the town — and catches the attention of a national magazine writer looking to jumpstart her career with a scintillating expose.

How to Watch

Watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills on Bravo Tuesdays at 8/7c and next day on Peacock. Catch up on the Bravo App.

Director Ron Oliver will helm the movie, which is scheduled to premiere on Peacock later this year.

Kyle shared her enthusiasm over the film on Instagram, sharing a photo of her chair on set. “I am so excited about this new project…” she captioned the photo, also adding a series of Christmas emojis. She added in a separate Instagram, "So happy to be working with this incredible actress [Betsy] I can’t wait for you all to see it!"

This isn’t the only movie that will have Kyle showing off her acting chops this year. As previously announced, the RHOBH mom will also appear in the upcoming sequel, Halloween Kills, reprising her childhood role as Lindsey Wallace, which she originated in the 1978 horror classic Halloween.
