Kyle Richards Is Pretty Excited About Mauricio's Latest Acheivement
The #RHOBH shouts out her hubby for landing on a top agents list along with #MDLLA agents.
Watch out, Los Angeles! These agents are on fire. And some of Bravo's very own have landed a spot on the Hollywood's Top 25 Real Estate Agents list, as picked by The Hollywood Reporter. The agents on the roster were "selected for their client rosters and killer deals," according to the publication. Well, we can't argue with that type of reasoning.
For their work on deals with celebs like Reba McEntire, Miley Cyrus and Denise Richards, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agents Josh and Matt Altman landed on the list. Earlier this year the brothers made headlines after they switched companies, heading to Douglas Elliman after having spent a good part of their career at Hilton & Hyland. Speaking of pairs, The Agency's James Harris and David Parnes also nabbed a place on the list (which was presented in alphabetical order, to keep things fair). According to THR, over the past 12 months, the longtime pals closed more than $200 million in sales. Included in those sales was to Kris Humphries for a deal in Beverly Hills valued $6.2 million. Fans got a taste of that transaction during MDLLA's season trailer (below).
Not to be outdone, Josh Flagg has reportedly sold more than 20 homes at more than $5 million each this year, earning him a place among his peers. MDLLA alum Madison Hildebrand is also on the Top 25 roster-- having closed several high-profile deals. Finally, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richard's hubby, Mauricio Umansky, is on there. The Agency's head honcho has deals with Max Azria and Michael Jordan to thank for helping him find a place on this year's list. And, of course, Kyle couldn't be more proud.
