Kyle Richards Gives a New Look Inside Her Impressive Home Gym (PHOTO)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member showed the details of the workout space in her Encino house.
In January 2023, Kyle Richards revealed she was taking her workouts "to the next level" while posing in her impressive home gym. More recently, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member showed how her fitness goals were going with another mirror selfie in the space, rocking some stylish workout gear in the process.
In the black and white Instagram Story, which Kyle shared on June 24, the mom of four stunned in a low-cut black sports bra and black high-waisted leggings that featured white stripes down the side. Kyle paired her look with sneakers and casual pigtail braids as she struck a pose for the snapshot.
Kyle, who appeared to be wearing weighted arm bands, sat on a workout bench that was situated on top of a mat on the wood floor. We spotted several kettlebells in front of the bench on the floor as well as a large barbell at Kyle's side.

Behind Kyle, there were rows of dumbbells of different weights, BOSU half balls, and a few exercise machines, including what looked like a treadmill in the background.
Perhaps the best part about Kyle's home gym? Her fitness partner for the day, aka one of her dogs who adorably lounged on a mat on the floor behind the West Coast mom. Sometimes you need a break!
Kyle Richards details her diet and exercise routines
Over the past year, Kyle has been keen on sharing selfies from her home gym as she continues her health and fitness journey.
“I’ve been working out so hard. I’m not just doing the cardio I used to do, I’m [also] lifting weights," the RHOBH legacy told E! News in summer 2023, also revealing she had a "breast reduction" and lost "12 pounds."
Later, in a December interview that year with Us Weekly, Kyle shared more information about her body transformation. After having a breast reduction in 2022 and not being able to exercise "for eight weeks," she began to reconsider her health, both physically and mentally.
"At the time, I was on vacation in Europe, eating pasta and drinking wine and cocktails. By the end of the trip, I didn’t recognize myself," I had also just lost my best friend to suicide, and I wasn’t taking care of myself. And [it was] making me feel more depressed. So after we left, I said, 'That’s it. I’m not going to have bad carbs — no sugar, no pasta, no bread, no alcohol. And I’m going to work out every single day.'”
As for healthy eating habits, Kyle detailed what a typical day looks like on the nutrition front.
"Breakfast is either a protein shake with a banana or oatmeal with berries. For a snack, I like apples and peanut butter or string cheese. I eat raw nuts when I want something crunchy or a healthy popcorn," she shared with the outlet. "Lunch is chicken or grilled fish on salad. At night, I eat a lot of salmon, halibut, chicken paillard with arugula and lemon. I like eating at home so I know what’s going into my food."
She continued: "You have to be committed to both [diet and exercise]. If I don’t eat well, it affects my mood."
