Kyle Richards Confronts Mauricio Like Never Before in RHOBH Season 14 First Look: "Too Much"
The RHOBH cast member breaks down in tears while talking to estranged husband Mauricio Umansky in the Season 14 trailer.
After Season 13 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills concluded with Kyle Richards sharing details on her separation from Mauricio Umansky, viewers will see the estranged couple navigate new challenges when Season 14 premieres on November 19.
In the RHOBH Season 14 trailer above, Sutton Stracke tells Kyle, "I think that you need to file [for divorce]." Although the clip doesn't show additional context of that conversation, a separate comment from Garcelle Beauvais hints at one of the issues between Kyle and Mauricio when she alludes to paparazzi photos of Mauricio kissing another woman.
Elsewhere in the clip, Kyle and Mauricio have an emotional conversation. As she breaks down in tears, she tells him, "It's too much all at once." Mauricio seems to agree, responding, "Of course."
According to a press release, Season 14 will document Kyle struggling to adjust to her recent life changes.
"[Kyle] steps into an uncharted phase of life, grappling with the reality of her separation from her husband, Mauricio. With their daughter Alexia also out of the house, Kyle’s once bustling home is no longer what it used to be, leaving her to adjust to her new normal," reads the press release.
Are Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky divorced?
No. Kyle and Mauricio are separated, but have not filed for divorce.
During an October interview with Us Weekly, Kyle confirmed that she and her estranged husband are "not divorced" and are "still figuring things out" in their marriage.
However, in May, Kyle dropped "Umansky" from her name on Instagram. Two months later, she also removed "wife" from her Instagram bio.
Do Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky still live together?
No. On the May 14 episode of the Bitch Bible podcast, Kyle confirmed that Mauricio had moved out of their family home in Encino.
"I'm used to having a lot of chaos and stuff going on around in my house, and the day that he moved out was just strange because I came home and I was like, 'Everything's so quiet,'" she said, adding that Mauricio moved out while she was out of town.
Noting the choice "was the smart thing to do," Kyle explained, "I even said, 'I don't want to be there to see that.'"

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 14 kicks off with a supersized premiere on Tuesday, November 19 at 8/7c on Bravo. Episodes will be available to stream the next day on Peacock.
