Kyle Richards’ New Tattoos Are In a Very Unique Location: "Brave Of Me" (DETAILS)
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member is telling all about her two new tattoos in a brand new spot.
Kyle Richards has two new tattoos to add to her growing collection and she is telling all about them.
One month after The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member went and got new tattoos with her daughters, Farrah Aldjufrie and Sophia Umansky, Kyle opened up on an Amazon Live stream what inspired her to get them done. She also opened up about the two tattoos that people didn't get to see in the vlog capturing the moment.
Kyle Richards' New Chest Tattoos
During the August 10 live stream, Kyle pulled down her collared shirt where she revealed that she got "two little butterflies" in the middle of her chest. "So then I did these and then I said to the guy after, 'That was pretty brave of me,'" she said, laughing. "And he said, 'Yeah I was actually shocked you did that,'" Kyle recalled.
But she doesn't have any regrets about the tattoos. "All of my girls are like, 'It's cute, mom! Do it, do it.'"
Kyle has not captured the new chest tattoos on camera or posted to social media (she admitted on the stream that she's been a little less active on Instagram). But, she did post a clear view of her chest in an Instagram post in early July, before she put the butterflies there.
While she didn't reveal the meaning of the new tattoos, Kyle has had a longstanding love of butterflies. In February 2020, she revealed that her "favorite bathroom" in her Encino home is covered in black wallpaper, dotted with colorful butterflies. The year before that, she decorated her dining table for the holidays with the most gorgeous butterfly-themed dinner plates.
She's also slightly matching with her RHOBH cast member, Garcelle Beauvais, who has a black butterfly tattoo on her wrist. In a 2021 Instagram post, Garcelle revealed she got the tattoo in honor of her late mother, Marie-Claire Beauvais.
Kyle Richards' New Ribcage Tattoo
When one Amazon Live viewer, who tuned in on August 10, asked Kyle if she had any new tattoos, she admitted that she does. "I actually do," she said.
"I have a new tattoo that says 'Lucky' that I got over here with my girls," Kyle revealed, pointing to a spot on her ribcage. Kyle had previously shown off this tattoo on her Instagram Story in early August in a mirror photo with her daughters.
How many tattoos does Kyle Richards have?
Kyle now has 10 tattoos. Kyle previously had eight tattoos, and these new additions this year make 10.
During RHOBH Season 13, Episode 1, Kyle's tattoos were a serious topic of conversation with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky. Mauricio admitted in the episode that he thought Kyle only had three tattoos (as seen in the video above) and felt that she had "enough" of them. Kyle, however, thought otherwise.
"I think I'm gonna get another one...if I want to, I will," she said.
