Kristen Doute Reveals She Had a "Mind-Blowing" Cosmetic Procedure to Achieve "Flat Stomach"
The Valley star admitted to combatting "trouble areas" on her body to help with self image and confidence.
Look out, world, because The Valley’s Kristen Doute is here with a new look!
The James Mae T-shirt designer revealed she underwent a body contouring treatment in February, explaining to Page Six that she “already saw results” just days after the “mind-blowing” procedure. Kristen said the decision to undergo the fat removal body-sculpting technique had less to do with aesthetics and more to do with the former Vanderpump Rules cast member feeling good in her own skin.
“It’s not that the trolls on Instagram had anything to do with my body image of myself,” she said. “It really was about me feeling good in my own body and me looking at myself in the mirror.”
What cosmetic procedure did Kristen Doute have?
Kristen revealed she had AirSculpt to thank for her svelte figure, according to a promotional video on her Instagram page.
“I wanted to do AirSculpt because now that I’m 41, I’ve noticed that regardless of how often I work out, no matter what I eat, no matter how well I do, I still had some trouble areas,” said Kristen.
She told Page Six she particularly focused on her lower stomach, adding, “There was nothing that was going to fix that.”
On social media, Kristen said the “easy, breezy” treatment only took one and a half hours, showing off her before-and-after videos pre- and post-op and what five weeks later looked like.

What is AirSculpt?
AirSculpt is described as “an advanced, minimally invasive body-sculpting technique that uses patented technology to permanently remove fat in one treatment using no needles, scalpels, or stitches,” according to the brand’s website.
Unlike more invasive fat-eliminating procedures, such as liposuction, the “revolutionary process” skips surgical cutting and relies on tiny incisions to “gently pluck” fat cells, leaving minimal side effects and scars as small as a freckle.
“Due to its delicate design, patients report that they feel vibrations and deep tissue massage-like vibrations,” the website states.
Other procedures by the brand include AirSculpt+, which focuses on skin elasticity, and AirSculpt Smooth, which targets cellulite. According to the video announcing a paid partnership between Kristen and AirSculpt, Kristen was the recipient of AirSculpt+.
“See how seamlessly she vanquished her post-40 tummy and replaced it with sleek new curves and confidence.,” the company captioned. “Hint: It was AirSculpt+, our minimally invasive fat reduction procedure paired with skin tightening.”
Kristen isn’t the only one who swears by AirSculpt, either. Jenny McCarthy is also a spokesperson for the brand, and Joey Fatone cited it for his weight loss in a November 2023 interview with Us Weekly.
The Real Housewives of Orange County’s Vicki Gunvalson is also a tried-and-true believer.
“The little bit of nerves that I did have, as excited as I was, it was really the staff and everyone that I got to know that worked for AirSculpt because it can be a little nerve-wracking,” Kristen said in her video. “But everyone just made me feel so comfortable and so confident.”
Feeling as comfortable and as confident as ever, Kristen told Page Six that she hoped to channel the vibes and style of her former castmate, Ariana Madix, “now that I have a flat stomach.”
“I’ve never been confident enough until now to, like, start wearing the things that Ariana wears,” she continued to Page Six.
Ariana recently sat for Kristen and Luke Broderick’s new podcast, Balancing Act, a rebrand of the former Sex, Love, and What Else Matters? Per the podcast’s description, the couple from The Valley promises to “get REAL from both the female and male perspective from very different walks of life… unfiltered and vulnerable.”
