What Are Kelly Dodd's Expectations for The Real Housewives of Orange County Reunion?
"It's going to be a sh-- show," The Orange County mom predicted.
When it comes to reunions, there are a few elements we typically expect to see: Andy Cohen, lots of sass, and maybe a dramatic walk out or two. The Real Housewives of Orange County is no exception to this rule. RHOC's Kelly Dodd spoke to The Daily Dish podcast ahead of the Season 12 reunion and revealed her predictions for the gathering.
“It’s going to be a sh-- show,” she said. Kelly went on to explain that it’s difficult to mend broken relationships because when it comes time for the reunion, past fights come back up again. “Everyone gets along. The problem is you watch it again,” Kelly shared.
According to Kelly, it becomes “a cut wound all over again so I think that’s the really hard part. You see the show but then it gets aired and it becomes alive again and things come out, and on social media or like in the press, and they're pissed off again. So I think that's the hard part.” She insisted that she doesn’t think the reunion will help to heal friendships and bring people together; she actually believes it will do the exact opposite.
When it comes to Tamra Judge, Vicki Gunvalson, and Shannon Beador, she wants them to put their past behind them and move on, but she doesn’t believe this will happen at the reunion. “They have to get it together and I think that's exactly what Tamra and Shannon and Vicki need to do; they need to move on and put the past behind,” Kelly shared. She also believes that Shannon is causing more drama when it comes to Tamra and Vicki. “I believe that Shannon is a wedge between those two,” she revealed.
