See the Epic Way Katie Maloney Rang in the New Year with Her Boyfriend (PHOTOS)
The Vanderpump Rules entrepreneur ushered in 2025 with her beau, Nick Martin, and several close pals.
Katie Maloney just started her year off right.
On January 1, the Vanderpump Rules sandwich shop owner shared several photos from her New Year's Eve celebration, which included her boyfriend, Nick Martin, several friends, and trays of some scrumptious dishes.
In the first shot, Katie re-shared a friend's Instagram Story which showed off numerous plates of food, including pigs in a blanket, caviar with blinis and crème fraîche, and chicken nuggets from McDonalds. "This is huge for nuggies," Katie wrote over that photo, joking about putting caviar on a nugget which she revealed in the next photo.
"Merry New Year," Katie wrote over a close-up snap of caviar and crème fraîche on a nugget.
Additionally, in other photos, Katie re-posted snaps from various friends showing the festivities for the night they documented via Polaroid photos. In the third shot, Katie's beau put his arm around her neck as they posed for the camera with pals.
In more photos, Katie revealed Mariachi came by the celebration to share some exciting music. What an intriguing surprise!
Katie Maloney's dinner date with her boyfriend and mom
Katie and her boyfriend have been having a lovely holiday season together less than two weeks after hard launching the relationship.
Around Christmastime, Katie shared a few Instagram Stories of herself and her musician beau enjoying an outdoor movie screening of two classic holiday movies: 1983’s A Christmas Story and 1989’s National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation.
“Back to back,” Katie wrote over one of the December 20 posts where she tagged Nick and Street Food Cinema.
Moreover, after their movie night, the couple had a dinner date with Katie's mom, Teri Maloney. Katie re-shared Stories from Teri of the delicious-looking dishes from Uovo Pasta. Katie also shared a snap of the open kitchen view and a glass of wine.

Katie Maloney discusses her new relationship
Katie confirmed she was in a relationship during the October 16 episode of Disrespectfully, a podcast she co-hosts with Vanderpump Rules alum Dayna Kathan.
In addition to citing how "happy" she was with her new man, Katie also described Nick as “the most wonderful person [she’s] ever met.”
“He just makes me feel really special, and he’s really special,” she said. “I went to go see my boyfriend. He has to travel for work, so I went to go meet up with him, hang out with him, and spend some time [together]. And it was really amazing because I hadn’t seen him in a few weeks. And just being able to spend some quality time and just be around him was just really necessary. I had a really good time.”
