Katie Maloney Is “Excited About the Unknown” Following Her Divorce from Tom Schwartz

Does Katie Maloney have a boyfriend?
While reflecting on her March 2022 split from her ex-husband Tom Schwartz, Katie said on the September 21 episode of Almost Adulting that she's "excited about the unknown" as she continues to navigate being single.
“I like that I don’t know what’s next or what’s gonna happen, and anything can happen," she added, clarifying that she hasn't always been that way; especially not when she was married to Tom. "I was settled. I had the house and the husband. And I was like, ‘Oh my God, I’m good.’"
"And then when I was getting the divorce, I was like, ‘Oh my God. What’s gonna happen? I don’t know. I’m just gonna be on my own,’” Katie continued. “That was terrifying but now I’m like, this is actually liberating and exciting.”
Does Katie Maloney want to get married again?
In short, Katie doesn't want to get married again if it means going through another divorce. As she put it, "I don’t want to get divorced again, so if avoiding marriage will avoid that, that’s fine. [But] I would like to meet someone and have the rest of my life with somebody. I still believe in that kind of love."
At the same time, Katie also noted that she'd “rather be alone and happy than with the wrong person.”

Plus, Katie's got a great support system in her friends. She recently took to Instagram to showcase what she's been up to, and it's clear that she's been spending plenty of quality time with her close pals, including Vanderpump Rules alum Dayna Kathan. The two can be seen embracing in one photo from the social media post, which was captioned, "From a pile of recent memories."
Katie also shared photos of a trip to an amusement park, a picnic in the park, how she’s been listening to rock music, and a selfie. She also posted a snapshot of a billboard highlighting Vanderpump Rules’ two Emmy Award nominations.
