Go Inside Kathy Wakile's Designer-Filled Closet

Kathy Wakile definitely put a lot of effort into her Franklin Lakes home, which she moved into last December after several years of construction. And she made sure that plenty of sweat equity was used to make her master bedroom closet dreamy enough to house all of her designer duds. The Real Housewives of New Jersey mom recently took OMJ inside the closet to show off how awesome it really is. As you can see, Kevin Jonas definitely did a good job on that home renovation.

For Kathy and her husband Richie, designing the space was all about finding a balance and making sure it was a place they could both love. “I did have a little bit of a hard time picking out what colors I was going to go with. So for me it was either, am I going to go light or dark, so for me I did it all light, and then the second floor is dark for Richie, where all his stuff is. So we kept it separate," she said. "We didn’t really have to choose. I got what I wanted, and he got what he wanted. I like to keep it light 'cause I wanted the clothes to stand out to see what I'm looking for. I love the bright, bright colors, especially pops of color.”

Her closet is filled with high and low-end items, ranging from Ralph Lauren and DVF to Forever 21. And while she's got plenty of space to play dress up, she still struggles. “It’s never easy to get dressed in the morning, especially after you’ve over indulged on the weekend," she joked. "It’s never that much fun.”
