Kathy Wakile Reveals the Latest on Her Kids and What She's Been Up to Since RHONJ
RHONJ alum Kathy Wakile and her husband, Rich Wakile, are now "empty nesters." Get all the updates on her life today.
Longtime fans of The Real Housewives of New Jersey no doubt remember when baker/home cook, wife, and mom of two Kathy Wakile was a cast member.
Kathy was a full-time 'Wife from Season 3 until Season 5, and she later appeared as a friend of the ladies on Seasons 6 and 7. She introduced viewers to her husband, Rich Wakile; her sister, Rosie Pierri; and her two children, Joseph Wakile and Victoria Wakile, during her time on the show.
Kathy also shared a unique connection to two of the other ladies: she's Teresa Giudice and Joe Gorga's first cousin (and, as a result, a cousin-in-law to Melissa Gorga).
Viewers got the chance to catch up with Kathy when she popped in as a surprise 'Wife on the July 14 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen.
What Kathy Wakile's kids, Victoria and Joseph Wakile, are up to today
When viewers were introduced to Kathy on RHONJ, her kids were both teenagers who were still living at home.
After Kathy's exit, Victoria married Teddy Kosmidis. The now-30-year-old tied the knot in February of 2021, and the spouses bought their first home together the following year.
On WWHL, Kathy said that both of her kids are doing "amazing."
"Victoria is married almost three years, four years. She got married right after COVID," she told host Andy Cohen.
As for her son, who is two years younger than Victoria, Kathy said, "Joseph is doing wonderful."
"He's living here in the city and doing what he loves, traveling a lot, and he's happy," she added. "We're empty nesters now."

Kathy and Rich may now be empty nesters, but don't expect the spouses to be downsizing any time soon.
The Wakiles recently purchased a property that is located on the same street as Melissa and Joe Gorga.
"I've had my eye on that house forever," Kathy shared on WWHL.
Though Kathy and Rich will technically be in close proximity to the Gorgas, the cook isn't worried about running into them.
"Not to be boastful, but each property is at least an acre to two acres," Kathy said. "You know, so you really don't see each other."
All about Kathy Wakile's career and owning a pizzeria
In addition to selling cannolis online, Kathy also teamed up with a partner to open up a pizzeria. Andy asked about the shop on WWHL.
"It's called Pizza Love, and it's in Wyckoff, New Jersey," Kathy explained.
"Excellent, and I hear it's great," Andy said.
"It is," Kathy responded. "Thank you so much."
