The Southern Charm alum looked so good in the retro-inspired look.
Is there any hairstyle Kathryn Dennis can’t pull off?
Immediately upon her 2014 Bravo debut, the Southern Charm alum became known for her gorgeous long hair that was as fiery as her personality. Kathryn would, of course, embrace new styles over the years, but rarely strayed from the redhead look. She’s donned everything from sleek and straight hair to short and choppy locks to even a Dutch crown braid. But one of her most stunning and, perhaps, boldest ’dos was her retro-inspired flipped bob.
Kathryn Dennis channels the '60s with a bold hairstyle
Kathryn showed off the look in a November 2023 Instagram photo, in which she rocked blunt bangs, a subtle bump, and flipped ends. The natural sunlight and Kathryn’s bright yellow top really accentuated her vibrant hair color.
“Let it be,” she captioned the selfie.
Kathryn Dennis goes blonde
While Kathryn has sported various hair colors, she typically stays with red hues, like coppery red, mahogany, and auburn; however, the mother of two has also had several blonde eras, one of which began in 2017 when she revealed her strawberry blonde bob.
“Playing with my hair color again,” she captioned the photo. “Blondie? Why sure, I’ll try a little.”
Kathryn eventually ditched the blonde hair in 2019 and returned to her signature look, which she called her “comfort zone.”
“I had the blonde for a solid year and I just was ready for something new,” she told The Lookbook. “It makes me feel kind of like me again, it’s like Season 1 Kathryn hair, just less magenta… It’s hard to match your natural red, so I just went with one that’s a little darker, maybe a little more hip.”
Kathryn Dennis shares a major life update
Kathryn, who exited Southern Charm after Season 8, still resides in Charleston with her two kids: a 10-year-old daughter named Kensington Calhoun and a 9-year-old son named St. Julien Rembert, both of whom she shares with her estranged ex.
Earlier this year, Kathryn took to Instagram to give a quick and positive life update: “Inner Peace. Self Worth — it’s been my mantra since I was 21, still going strong,” she captioned a June 26 selfie. “What’s yours?”
Several months before the post, Kathryn shared some big “breaking news.”
“This girl is going back to school!” she wrote in a Story. Kathryn did not share any more details about the move, including where she was enrolled and what she planned to study.
