Karen Huger Weighs In on Those Fireman Rumors and Her Response Might Raise Some Eyebrows

The #RHOP grand dame discussed her beef with Charrisse Jackson Jordan on #WWHL.

Do Karen & Monique Think Charrisse Really Dated a Fireman?

Gizelle Bryant found herself in a whole mess of trouble when she claimed that Charrisse Jackson Jordan had a boyfriend who was a fireman while she was still married to husband Eddie Jordan during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen last year. And now it looks like Karen Huger is making waves in this arena on the late-night talk show.

How to Watch

The Real Housewives of Potomac grand dame and Monique Samuels were asked for their take on the fireman rumor during Sunday night's WWHL. Monique said that she thought Gizelle was "stirring the pot" and that they were just rumors started by someone on social media. As for Karen, well, we're not sure if her response is telling, but it certainly is intriguing. "I plead the fifth," she told the WWHL caller.

Karen also brought up the fireman gossip earlier this season when she became angry at Charrisse after Robyn Dixon confronted her during the girls' trip to Bermuda.

Charrisse has long denied these rumors, so when word got back to her about Karen's comment, or lack thereof, she was quick to clap back, although we're not exactly sure what she's referring to. "Karen should worry about her boyfriend and not if I have one!" Charrisse tweeted during Sunday's WWHL.

Karen's feelings about the fireman rumors might have been colored by her negative feelings toward Charrisse as of late. But now that some time has past and the ladies have aired out their grievances at this season's reunion, is there any hope that they could one day get their friendship back on track? "You know what, I'm always hopeful, but I'm done. A lot of things went on that were very misleading and calculating, and I don't respect her right now," Karen said of the future of her friendship with Charrisse during Sunday's WWHL After Show. "But I'm hopeful. I'm hopeful. And I'm always open. But you need to just keep watching."

You bet we will.
