Kandi and Kim are Done Making Music Together
Forget being tardy; the party's over, says Kandi.
Well, it was fun while it lasted. The Real Housewives of Atlanta's Kim Zolciak and Kandi Burruss collaborated together on the songs "Tardy for the Party" and "The Ring Didn't Mean a Thing" – and survived living on a tour bus together, but barely. Alas, all good things must come to an end, and Kandi revealed on Atlanta's V103 Radio that the ATL Housewives are done making sweet music together.
"I only did those two songs. We're not doing anymore," the Grammy winner explained, adding that the check for her producer's fee still hasn't arrived in her mailbox.
Fellow 'Wives NeNe Leakes and Cynthia Bailey joined Kandi on the radio show, but the usually, um, outspoken NeNe kept a tight lip about her relationship with husband Gregg, only promising fans they'd find out what happened when the show returns this fall.
In fact, it seems NeNe's eager for summer to end so she can jump back into the swing of things. She recently tweeted Bravo's head honcho Andy Cohen, "@BravoAndy I haven't heard from u! Miss u butter cup LOL." Always good to butter up the boss.
