Wondering who got a new tattoo inked on his already-very-tatted-up body? It's Justin Bieber. The singer showed off his new tat — which covers his entire torso — on Instagram over the weekend.
Well, the ink caught the eye of Shep Rose, who shared his thoughts about the new piece — and he was very honest about his take on it. "Step one when you make pop music and want to seem edgier and tougher...Nice try dude," the Southern Charm star shared on Twitter.
Wherever you stand on the matter, we have some more details about it. The tat was done by legendary tattoo artist, Bang Bang, who posted a photo or two to Instagram of himself working on the pop star.
He chatted with E! News about the creation and broke down some of the images. "It's symbolic of Gothic art and the struggle between the light and dark, the good and the evil, Yin and Yang," he said. "I wanted to make sure we had contrast in subject matter and imagery. The thing that made the most sense to me was a tattoo describing his spirituality. The animals he has, his spirit animals as well as the angels, his guardians. I was trying to make it super meaningful and not scattered."
