Josh Flagg Helps Bravo Star Score $5 Million Home
Housewives fans will recognize MDLLA's Josh Flagg's latest client.
The worlds of two reality television stars collided this week when Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles real estate agent Josh Flagg sold a home to plastic surgeon Dr. Paul Nassif of E! reality show Botched, who is also the ex-husband of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof.
"Just closed escrow on this," Josh tweeted, confirming TMZ's report of the $5 million sale.
The 5,135 square foot Bel-Air home boasts four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The house seems to be a fresh start of sorts for Paul who split from Adrienne in 2012 after ten years of marriage—she reportedly kept the 20,000 square foot home they shared.
Although the home has plenty of room for the three kids he shares with his ex, Paul's new home is also well suited for bachelor life. The home features a large backyard pool with a view, a living room bar, and a fireplace that sits next to a large balcony. After all, Josh's motto is, "I don't just sell houses, I sell a lifestyle."
