Joe Gorga Loves the Cameras and the Cameras Love Him
Melissa Gorga says that while Joe appears on-screen often, "I don't think he watches an episode."
When it comes to The Real Housewives, the husbands are not always keen on being in the limelight. The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Joe Gorga, however, is not shy at all. As the brother of Teresa Giudice and the husband of Melissa Gorga, there’s no way Joe can escape the cameras — so why not embrace them?
In an interview with The Daily Dish podcast, Melissa Gorga revealed Joe’s perspective on the show. "It's so funny because … the show loves him obviously. They love to film him. They love what he's got to say. He wears his heart on his sleeve,” she shared.
But, when it comes to fame, Melissa said Joe doesn’t really care for it. “But it's so funny because you see him the most on this show but he's probably the most disinterested. I don't think he watches an episode. He doesn't care about like Instagram or Twitter or he really doesn't even know he's famous; he doesn't care,” she revealed.
Much like the Jersey ladies we know and love, Joe simply isn’t one to censor himself. According to Melissa, it doesn’t matter who is around, Joe always speaks his mind. "He doesn't care who's listening; it could be the Pope, he doesn't care,” she said.
