Jesse Lally Confirms His Relationship with Lacy Nicole: "She’s a Beautiful Soul"
The Valley dad shared more details about his dating life as he and Michelle Lally navigate their divorce process.
Jesse Lally has broken his silence on his mystery woman.
While speaking to Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, The Valley dad confirmed he was dating socialite/philanthropist Lacy Nicole. The pair made their red carpet debut during a Hollywood charity event on April 27, more than six months after Jesse’s wife, Michelle Saniei Lally, filed for divorce.

Although Michelle previously revealed that her estranged husband was dating “somebody else,” Jesse remained pretty tight-lipped about his dating life — that is, until his sit-down with Page Six.
“I’m super happy right now,” he said about his relationship with Lacy. “We’ve been great friends. We newly started dating. She’s just a very amazing person and she’s a beautiful soul.”

Jesse Lally has not labeled his relationship with Lacy Nicole
Jesse — who shares a 4-year-old daughter, Isabella, with Michelle — said Lacy keeps him “grounded” and never lets him “get away with anything, which is nice.” However, the luxury real estate agent said he wasn't rushing to call Lacy his girlfriend.
“It’s just new and I don’t want no labels, no nothing,” he said. “It’s just fun to spend time with somebody again.”
Jesse’s comments came after Michelle confirmed she was dating financial advisor Aaron Nosler. Michelle spoke about her new boyfriend during the April 25 episode of Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor’s podcast, When Reality Hits. The mother of one clarified that she and Jesse had called it quits in October 2023 and were immediately “free to date and see” whoever they wanted.

But despite the freedom, Jesse wasn’t quite ready to jump into the dating scene… at least not at the beginning of his marital split.
“I was very upset by the whole situation and Michelle was doing her own thing,” he told Page Six. “I didn’t feel ready to date. At first, I felt like I was cheating. And then I started to feel the shame of ‘We’re going through this and Isabella’s alone. We should be there for her in that moment.’ So I spent a lot of time with her after the separation and did not start dating for a while.”

Jesse said Isabella has been handling the separation well, thanks in large part to his and Michelle’s healthy co-parenting dynamic.
“Luckily, she’s shined through it,” he said about his daughter. “We’re at a place now where [Lacy] joined for Isabella’s birthday and Michelle and her boyfriend joined for Isabella’s birthday and we had a huge group of people. So it was nice. We all got together.”
