We saw Jazmin Johnson’s rental property on the Married to Medicine Los Angeles May 3 season premiere, but how exactly does the 4,221 square foot Hollywood Hills home relate to her business? Jazmin explained everything you need to know about her company during an interview with The Daily Dish podcast, which you can listen to below.
“LS stands for Lifestyle Concierge, and it is an entire brand,” noted Jazmin. “You know, I like to think of it as something that’s not just our property, which is in the Hollywood Hills, or our exotic vehicles that we have for rent, but more so an entire lifestyle.”
Jazmin went on to describe all of the services LS provides.
“We are a concierge that can assist you with event planning. Every single thing that you can think of, especially when you’re on vacation, or having a staycation in Los Angeles,” she said. “We can assist you in building an experience, you know? So many people come to L.A. and they don’t know who to contact for this or where to go for that. We just connect the dots and make it a seamless, unforgettable experience from start to finish.”
When asked how the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has altered her business, Jazmin explained that although it initially took a hit, it has been booming lately.
“When COVID came about, we were booked and busy. We had to deal with a lot of people cancelling their reservation at the property because it wasn’t ideal for them to come from Australia, or we had a lot of people coming from London who booked the place,” Jazmin said, noting that people whose plans were altered due to travel bans were refunded.
“Now that we’ve been in it for a minute, I’d say after we’d been in it for three weeks, a lot of L.A. residents were just looking for some place to go outside of where they live. I got a lot of people from West Hollywood like, ‘hey, we’re right around the corner, we just need some place to escape,’” Jazmin explained. “So, they booked the property for a night, two nights. It had a halt for three weeks, but we’re back up and really busy, honestly.”
