Is Ryan Serhant Selling a Saudi Prince's Pad?

Million Dollar Listing New York's Ryan Serhant has just listed a $48.5 million apartment that might have royal ties. The apartment is reportedly owned by Prince Nawaf bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, a Saudi prince, according to The Wall Street Journal.
The four-bedroom, four-bathroom Upper West Side apartment, which also includes six half-baths, certainly has amenities fit for a king. It includes three bullet-proof panic rooms, its own private fitness center, a hair salon, a ventilated cigar room, built-in saltwater aquariums, a sushi island bar, and a six-person Jacuzzi that overlooks the Hudson River. The apartment was created by combining six smaller units on three floors of its building, the Heritage at Trump Place.
Ryan confirmed that the owner is selling the unit because he rarely used it (though with his own private billiards and cigar room, we can't imagine why!). Ryan also posted on Facebook that he has more new listings this week than any other week in his career. It's a good month for breaking records for him: just a couple of weeks ago he made the Guinness World Records book for taking part in the World's Largest Champagne Tasting.
