Here's the Secret to Kyle Richards' Body and She Even Texts While Doing It
The #RHOBH actress and her doctor open up about the procedure that changed her shape.
Apparently no one's perfect, and that also goes for Kyle Richards (well, according to her at least). So when she wanted to work on one of the problem areas of her body, she was open to trying a non-invasive procedure she recently heard about called SculpSure. "I'm not super thin naturally, and I work out a lot and I eat really healthy, but there's certain areas of my body that I cannot seem to get rid of, so I thought this is something that doesn't hurt. It's not like I'm being put under. There's no knives involved, no downtime. So I'm totally open to trying that," she told The Daily Dish about the light-based body contouring procedure.
It takes about 25 minutes to do and deals with the problem fatty areas, like in the abdomen, with a laser. It has zero recovery time. In fact, Kyle noted that while she was doing it, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills mom was "sitting there texting in my phone the whole time." In addition to it, Kyle maintains her fit figure by working out, including going on hikes, SoulCycle and boot camp classes. She also tries to make the "right choices with my food."
Plastic surgeon Dr. Jaime S. Schwartz explained that body-contouring procedures are definitely becoming more and more popular as patients look for new ways to look good. "What we have seen over the past five years, there are external treatments that really are working," Dr. Schwartz, who works at the same Beverly Hills practice as Dr. Paul Nassif, said. "Coolscuplting was one of the first ones to come out [to have] proven results and now we're seeing the same thing with SculpSure."
