Heather Dubrow Takes You Inside Nick & Max's Epic 21st Birthday: "3 Days of Celebrations"
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom showed the "over-the-top" way her twins celebrated the milestone.
Over the years on The Real Housewives of Orange County, we've seen Heather Dubrow and Terry Dubrow's kids, including twins Nick and Max Dubrow, grow up (watch the sweet video above). More recently, on November 26, Nick and Max celebrated a major milestone as they turned 21.
"Celebrating the twins' 21st birthday!!!! 3 days of celebrations with family and friends in NYC!" Heather captioned an Instagram post that featured several joyous photos of herself, Terry, and the twins.
Further in her caption, Heather revealed the family had dinner at celebrity hot spot Carbone, went dancing at the French restaurant Maison Close, and had an "over-the-top pajama party" at "[Martin Katz] Jewel Suite at the palace" in celebration. "It was all SO PERFECT!!!!" Heather exclaimed. "What amazing memories for all of us! We love you Nicky and Max!"
Heather also shared more behind-the-scenes details in her Instagram Stories, first snapping a mirror selfie with her son as they showed off their sleek looks for the evening. Nick rocked a black short-sleeved button-down shirt and khakis while Heather looked chic in a black sleeveless dress.
When they made it out for the night, Heather snapped a photo of Nick and Max (who looked gorgeous in a sparkly dress and tiara) already getting riled up for their birthday celebrations. "Would you believe me if I told you this was the calm before the storm," Heather joked.
Later in the evening, Heather snapped a few more photos to commemorate the occasion, saying she "almost cried" when the clock hit midnight and the twins "officially" turned 21.
To honor the landmark birthday, the family received bottle service with several eye-popping sparklers and, of course, glow-in-the-dark bottles of vintage Dom Perignon champagne.

Nick and Max Dubrows's Career and Life Plans
Between their internships and college trips, The Real Housewives of Orange County kids are staying booked and busy. And this fall, they're headed to Europe where they both will be studying abroad, separately.
In a recent interview with BravoTV.com, Heather, who also shares kids Kat and Ace with Terry, revealed what's next for Nick and Max.
"Nicky's going to Florence [Italy] and Max is going to Paris [France]," Heather shared of where the twins will be studying abroad while in school (Max attends Tufts University in Boston while Nick studies at Loyal Marymount University in Los Angeles).
"I'm very excited about both," she concluded.
Moreover, in a September 2023 interview with The Daily Dish, Max, who's studying psychology at Tufts, noted she wanted to get "more involved with law" and explore more of what she also loves, which is music. "I'm trying to figure out maybe a balance of that, or anything with music," she shared at the time.
Additionally, Nick has been exploring a career in real estate, even snagging an internship with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles cast member, Josh Altman, He may not be completely sold on becoming a realtor just yet, however.
"I'm currently studying business finance, that's my specific major, but I also want to try to do an internship," he shared during our interview. "Like, kind of on the Hollywood agent side; maybe work in the mail room for a bit. Or, maybe work in a bank. I don't know. I kind of want to explore a lot of different things."
