The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member reveals how she maintains her signature glossy hairstyle.
Heather Dubrow is revealing the secret to her luscious brunette locks.
During a recent Instagram Q&A session, The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member responded to questions from her followers and spoke about her favorite shampoo and conditioner. "Obsessed," Heather wrote back over a photo of "The Foundation" shampoo and conditioner set from RŌZ, totaling $81.
"[It's] expensive but worth it!" Heather exclaimed of the hair care products.
Heather Dubrow's go-to cosmetic procedures
In addition to her favorite hair products, during another recent Instagram Q&A session, Heather shared more details about her skincare routines and what cosmetic work she's done.
During the session, the mom of four first asked her followers about gua sha, aka an ancient East Asian skincare technique that "uses a small, smooth-edged tool to firmly stroke your skin in one direction" and is said to "improve blood flow and reduce inflammation," according to WebMD.
After asking her followers if she was doing the technique "correctly," a few users responded by advising her to not do gua sha if she has had Botox or dermal fillers in her face.
"Definitely have Botox," Heather clarified, further noting she has not had "filler."
Heather then responded to a social media follower who asked if the West Coast mom had ever had a facelift.
"Haven't had one...yet," she revealed.
Heather Dubrow's skin treatment
In addition to those cosmetic procedures, Heather has gotten another treatment in the past: potenza.
In a December 2023 Instagram Story, Heather shared a close-up selfie of her dewy face, writing, "I have now completely washed my face," before detailing her skin after the treatment. "And this is day one ... But look, we hit a little blood vessel here."
While speaking about her treatment, Heather pointed to a little bruising under her right eye — a side effect of the procedure. "That'll get fixed. Anyway, look how good the skin looks — or will look," she continued.
After getting the treatment, Heather's husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow, spoke about what the treatment was. [Potenza] delivers micro-needling," he shared.
According to the Cleveland Clinic, microneedling is a "minimally invasive procedure using thin needles" that "can help reduce the appearance of skin concerns such as acne scars, stretch marks or wrinkles. Most people get microneedling for cosmetic purposes, but it can also help with some medical conditions."
