Heather Dubrow Reveals What She Would Do if Terry Ever Cheated: "Look..."
The RHOC cast member also dismissed past infidelity rumors, saying she and her husband were "together 24/7."
Heather Dubrow says she isn’t concerned about those cheating rumors involving her and Dr. Terry Dubrow — mostly because she's a "very secure woman" who rarely leaves her husband's side.
The Real Housewives of Orange County mom addressed the topic during a recent appearance on Uncut and Uncensored, a podcast series hosted by The Real Housewives of Dubai’s Caroline Stanbury. About halfway through the conversation, Caroline congratulated the Dubrows on their 25 years of marriage, saying it was rare to see a couple last that long while living in the public eye.
Heather addresses "stupid" infidelity rumors about her and Terry
Heather agreed, saying fame often causes issues within an otherwise happy marriage, as many people "want to assume" that strong and healthy relationships aren't "a thing."
“It’s so stupid… People will say that [Terry] cheats on me,” she said. “We’re together 24/7. When is he cheating on me? And by the way… I’m cute! Why doesn’t no one ever think I’m cheating? I find that very offensive.”
Heather attributed the cheating rumors to jealousy and resentment, saying people were simply “triggered by something they want or something they don’t have.”
Heather recalls warning Terry to remain faithful
Caroline said a big reason why marriages “don’t stick” is because there are “so many options.”
"There is so much available and choice. And Hollywood is, obviously, notorious for that," she explained. "Most of the marriages in shows like we do break down. And, again, it’s not normal to have a relationship as long as you, so [viewers] have to work out why it’s happening.”
Heather acknowledged that “there are so many choices” nowadays, but made it clear she wasn’t worried.
“I am a very secure, grown woman and I would never stay in a relationship that wasn’t serving me,” she explained. “You know what I’m saying? I wouldn’t stay with someone for the children. I wouldn’t. I would move on.
“Also, the cheating thing… I told Terry before we ever got married, I’m like, ‘Look, if you ever want to cheat on me, you just better hope I never find out.’ Because that is one thing I don’t think I could ever overcome because I would feel like a private investigator. I would never be comfortable.”
Although she didn’t provide specifics, Heather revealed she had a relative who was cheated on, and the incident “really affected her.”
“I never understood people who cheat,” she told Caroline. “Just leave.”

Heather and Terry touched on the infidelity rumors during their 2024 appearance on Bravo's Hot Mic podcast with Alex Baskin. The 'Wife said the whispers would begin circulating "every couple of years"; however, there was one instance in which she couldn't help but publicly refute the claims.
"That, of course, blew it," she said about her response. "And we have kids. I mean at some point... it had gotten so egregious that our kids were calling us and going, 'Look, we know you guys are fine but what is this?' And we were like, 'Ugh, don't listen to it. It's silly.'"
Terry agreed, saying the current news cycle allowed unfounded allegations to spread like wildfire: "A rumor will blow into a story now whereas it really didn't before."
