The fiery feud between The Real Housewives of Potomac’s Gizelle Bryant and Candiace Dillard Bassett  is heating up!

In a new interview with ET, published Nov. 4, Candiace called Gizelle a liar and implied the castmates aren’t going to be mending fences anytime soon.

"I just, I go back to, you know, it's very hard to have even a simple relationship with a robot and someone who has perpetually decided that she is not going to share her life but instead lie on others' lives. Go ahead,” Candiace told the outlet at BravoCon 2023

Gizelle had some explosive words of her own for her castmate.

"I don't even know what the hell's going on in Candiace's home, nor do I care, OK?" she told the outlet via Zoom.

And that’s just the tip of the iceberg with these two.

What caused the feud between Gizelle and Candiace?

Much of the tension between the Potomac ladies stems from Gizelle’s claims that Candiace’s chef hubby, Chris Bassett, made her feel “completely uncomfortable” during a private conversation backstage at the RHOP Season 6 Reunion.

“Many a married man have tried me and I felt like it was a situation in which he was tryin’ to see if I was with it,” Gizelle told fellow Housewife Robyn Dixon during Season 7 of RHOP. “He was complaining about his wife. So he was letting me know he was unhappy. Maybe I was supposed to say, ‘Oh, I can make you happy.’ Like, get out of here."

When Gizelle tried to confront Candiace about the conversation, the “Drive Back” singer immediately shut it down, but she did later address the accusations on social media.

“The first & most relevant thing I can say is that it’s hard to say anything at all because I #supportwomen I #believewomen and I support #metoo,” she wrote on Twitter, now known as X.

I can’t tell a woman how to feel about a man’s presence in her orbit,” she continued. “We are entitled to our feelings and they should never be diminished or questioned.”

But she called the accusations against her husband “appalling” and suggested Gizelle may have been motivated to make the claims “all in the name of…entertainment.”

Chris and Candiace also shot down the accusations during the heated Season 7 reunion.

“What did I do?” Chris asked while denying Gizelle’s claims. “I’ve suffered through this for months, losing clients, losing money, answering to my family.”

What have Gizelle and Candiace said about each other?

The relationship between the ladies only devolved from there.

While discussing the pair’s time filming Season 3 of The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip on Page Six’s Virtual Reali-Tea podcast, Candiace referred to Gizelle as a “demon.”

“I’m around all these new girls. The one girl that I know really well is a demon, so, like, who are my friends? I felt just alone,” she said of the Thailand trip.

The one person she said she knew she wouldn’t find support from? Her fellow castmate Gizelle.

“You can’t expect humanity from just a rock,” Candiace said, according to Page Six. “Rocks don’t have feelings.”

The women threw verbal daggers again in October after Gizelle discussed Chris’ allegedly suspect behavior once again on her podcast with Robyn, Reasonably Shady.

“If you would just shut the f-ck up and worry about your boyfriends for hire and cheating husbands, you wouldn’t have to post ‘proof’ that you weren’t behind yet another plot against someone’s family,” Candiace wrote in an Oct. 28 post on X in response to the podcast. “Once again, the people of God are tired.”

The drama didn’t end there. Gizelle soon clapped back herself, telling Entertainment Tonight“I don't even know what the hell's going on” at Candiace’s home and she doesn’t want to.

"I don't care what she says on Twitter at all, and clearly she should be concerned about what's going on in her bedroom, 'cause unfortunately, we've all seen what she sleeps with ... unfortunately," she shot back. "My DMs was DM-ing, OK?"

She also shot down Candiace’s claims that she was using the comments to draw attention away from infidelity rumors plaguing Robyn’s husband, Juan Dixon.

“Absolutely not,” she said.

"If there's anything that's out there on social, yeah, Robyn and I are gonna talk about it," she continued. "We have a podcast to talk about such things. So, that is what we did. But no, Robyn's — whatever's going on at Robyn's house is what's going on at Robyn's house."

As for Gizelle and Candiace, the former pastor’s wife also had something to say about Candiace’s shade that her Winter House beau Jason Cameron was a “boyfriend for hire.”

“I don’t do that,” Gizelle said, adding that the pair are dating and having fun.

But don’t expect her to be bringing up the issue with Candiace any time soon.

“I don’t speak to her, so I will never be addressing her,” Gizelle said.

Ouch. It seems like the icy waters between these two won’t be thawing anytime soon.
