Gina Predicts Epic Real Estate Collaboration After Her "Biggest Listing Yet" (EXCLUSIVE)
Gina Kirschenheiter is looking ahead after she worked with RHOC alum Elizabeth Lyn Vargas.
Gina Kirschenheiter is sharing the latest on her real estate career following the reveal that she was the agent for The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Elizabeth Lyn Vargas's La Quinta house on Season 18.
The update comes from Gina's exclusive interview with BravoTV.com (featured above!), during which she was asked if she's ever crossed paths with Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles' Josh Altman now that he and his wife, Heather Altman, have an Orange County office, or perhaps Tracy Tutor since she recently expanded her business to OC as well.
Gina's answer? Not quite yet. As she put it, "I have not worked with Tracy or Josh Altman [but] I am open to working with anyone. I respect the other agents. I like working with the other agents, so if we did cross paths, that would be amazing."
After all, "I have been seeing their listings pop up, so trust me, if I have a buyer for one of their listings that's a great day for me," Gina concluded.
Speaking of listings, Gina brought a few of the RHOC ladies to see Elizabeth's impressive house on Season 18, Episode 6.

Priced at $8,995,000, the house had just been through a years-long remodel. "Wait 'til you see all the rest," said Elizabeth when beginning the tour of the 10,000 square-foot property in the gorgeous entryway.
"This is worth the price tag," added Gina when the women stepped out into the meticulously manicured backyard.
Gina shared even more about the massive 6-bedroom, 8-bathroom estate in an interview with Page Six, noting that the La Quinta property was her "biggest listing yet."
“It’s peaceful, you get away from the LA hustle and bustle and you come out here and you can really decompress,” she shared. "Elizabeth did a really beautiful job of finding the balance of keeping some of the original fixtures but then renovating an upgrading everything that was a little outdated."
Gina also shared how grateful she was to be chosen for the listing.
“So far, throughout this process, Elizabeth has had nothing but faith in me and she knows that I know what I’m doing,” she said. “And that feels really good, especially as a relatively new agent."
When did Gina Kirschenheiter become a real estate agent?
Gina announced her big career move last May, and has already had plenty of success. In a separate April 2024 interview with BravoTV.com, she shared that work was "going amazing."
"So far, this year, you know, we're still in the first quarter here and I closed four deals and my highest so far closed was 1.68 million dollars for a beautiful home in Baker Ranch," she said.
So, what's next for Gina? Maybe Heather Dubrow will take her on for her next property? Tune into The Real Housewives of Orange County on Bravo Thursdays at 9/8c to see her career soar.
