The Million Dollar Listing New York star has listed his Manhattan abode for a budget-conscious $2,995,000, according to Curbed.

This marks the second time the power broker has tried to sell the apartment. He first listed it in May 2013 for $3.25 million, according to the site.

And he's even taken to social media to spread the word about the swanky listing, which boasts lofty details like exposed beams and industrial pipes as well as impeccable interior design. Adding to its appeal? It's located right in the heart of the Big Apple.

"How about this stunner?" he wrote on Instagram about the listing. "3br/2.5bths condo featuring 2400 sqft at $2,995,000. Address is 144 West 27th Street and it's a personal favorite...Those beams and windows! Wedged between beautiful Madison Sq Park and the Chelsea Gallery District. #?TheSell"

The apartment is just the latest in Fredrik's portfolio, which helped him land the prestigious title of most successful broker in New York City in 2014.

Fredrik and his team at Douglas Elliman earned more commissions at the end of last year than anyone else in the company's 103-year history. And Fredrik noted when he announced the honor that he owes his success to his husband Derek and, of course, NYC.

"He is just amazing giving me business guidance in all of this and the charities we support, so down to earth and grounded when it comes to the larger, difficult decisions, you know the ones that really make us propel to the next level (always challenging in the moment but define us long term)," he said. "But most of all thanks to New York, you crazy queen of all cities for making me continue realizing all my dreams with you."
