Fabio Vivivani has been giving away wine advice for free on his website for a while but now the Top Chef star is turning his passion for vino into a business.

Season 5's Fan Favorite recently announced the Fabio Viviani Wine Collection set to debut this fall. On the newly launched fabiovivianiwines.com, a new winner every day will get two VIP tickets to the October launch party.

It's been a busy year for the chef. He's in the midst of opening six new eateries across the country in the next nine months, including Mercato by Fabio and Prime & Provisions. "We love steaks," he told the Dish. "We love meats. That's why one of the next six restaurants opening...it's going to be one of the hottest steakhouses Chicago has ever seen. That's a bold statement, because Chicago is steak city."

He's also putting the finishing touches on a new cookbook, which is inspired by his mother and includes more than 125 recipes focused on Italian cuisine.
