Exclusive: Heather and Terry Dubrow Stand By 'Phony' Title for Alexis Bellino

Tamra Barney made it loud and clear during her fight with fellow Real Housewives of Orange County star Alexis Bellino in last night's episode: She and others think she's "phony" -- and she even used Terry Dubrow, the husband of fellow 'Wife Heather Dubrow as a witness.

But did Terry actually say Alexis is the phoniest person in the world, as Tamra claimed? Not so much, he and Heather told us exclusively during a stop into the Bravo offices on Tuesday. "Tamra obviously makes a pretty strong statement about Terry saying she's the phoniest person he's ever met. For the record, that is not what he said," Heather clarified to us.

"I think Tamra took a little artistic license in this moment for dramatic effect -- thanks, Tamra, for putting us in a terrible situation -- but if you watched two weeks ago what Terry said ... I said 'I just think Alexis is,' and he said 'phony.' That's a different statement," the lone brunette Housewife explained of the situation. Terry says that while "the sentiment is correct" of what Tamra said since he did indeed call Alexis phony, he admits he "didn't know her [Alexis] very well" at the time, so it was merely based on a limited impression. 

And now that they have known her longer? "We agree with our initial impression," Heather says, prompting a "yeah" from Terry.
