Erin Lichy Dishes on Real Estate Team After Splitting from Fredrik Eklund: "We Just Launched..."
The RHONY cast member is still making moves in NYC luxury real estate and tells all in an exclusive interview with The Daily Dish.
During The Real Housewives of New York City Season 14, viewers were introduced to Erin Lichy — a "social butterfly" working in the real estate and interior design industry while raising her three kids with her husband, Abe Lichy.
But before Erin returns to RHONY for Season 15, she has been keeping herself very busy as she evolves her career in the real estate space. The Homegirl founder dished on her new real estate ventures in an exclusive interview with BravoTV.com, and things still seem to be on the rise.
Erin Lichy shares details on her real estate team at Compass
Erin took to the red carpet at NBC Universal's 2024 Upfront presentation, where she spilled the latest details on her career. "I actually just launched a new team," she shared exclusively with us. "I'm at Compass now, I have a partner, we are hitting the ground running. It's great."
"We just launched another listing in Sutton Place for $7.75 [million], so it's exciting; it's great," she added.
In early April, Erin took to Instagram, where she announced that she would be partnering with real estate agent, Alexandra Hedaya, to start the Erin + Alex team at Compass. The duo will specialize in new development and "unique apartments people have trouble selling," Erin told The Real Deal. Erin had previously worked on a team at Douglas Elliman led by Million Dollar Listing's Fredrik Eklund.
"We're blending Erin's innate knowledge, interior design acumen, and years of experience selling New York City real estate with Alex's brilliant sales strategy and highly personal approach to simply change the way to do business," the Instagram announcement stated about Erin's new team.

Erin Lichy will return for RHONY Season 15
Erin's plate is about to be really full as she heads into the filming of RHONY Season 15. On March 28, it was announced that all six cast members from Season 14, including Erin, would be returning for a brand new season of the show. That same day, Erin took to her Instagram Feed where she posted a video, announcing the new season. "I'm telling you, it's there!," Erin wrote in the caption of the post.
Last season, Erin bared it all on screen, being open about her marriage, her conflicts with her cast members, all while giving viewers a look inside her Hamptons home. Get excited, as more information on RHONY Season 15 is to be released at a later date.
