Emmy Sharrett Slams Republic Coworkers in Expletive-Filled Meltdown: “F--king Slap in the Face”

Southern Hospitality's Emmy Sharrett didn't hold back while addressing some of her coworkers' claims about her.

Emmy Sharrett's Republic coworkers had a lot to say about her on Season 3, Episode 2 of Southern Hospitality, and she didn't hold back in her heated response.

How to Watch

Watch new episodes of Southern Hospitality Thursdays at 9/8c on Bravo and next day on Peacock.

During the January 9 episode, Emmy and her coworkers kicked off a busy Father's Day Sunday at the bar. Though the day started normally enough — everyone looked so nice in their white uniforms and Emmy's boyfriend, Will Kulp, was visiting — things took a turn quickly.

After hearing some upsetting gossip about herself (that she had allegedly told NFL player customers at Republic that she was "single") Emmy headed to the bar, where she confronted her coworkers.

"What the f--k did I miss? I'm single, too?" she said. "Are we actually f--king kidding?... I'm going to f--king lose it. ... I have no chill. I never told a f--king man that I was single. Who's the background of my phone? Who is that? It's Will. It's just a f--king slap in the face... I'm gonna go clock out."

And with that, she left, leaving her coworkers flabbergasted.

How did the drama with Emmy Sharrett and her coworkers start?

Before she heard the rumor she'd been flirting with athletes, Emmy was taken aback by another accusation. Midway through service, a Republic staffer pulled Emmy aside and asked her a complicated question: Had she been using her free store credit at a local boutique to buy dresses for her coworkers ... and making them pay her full price?

"Do you, like, profit off of us when we send you the money?" she was asked.

"No. I mean. I would never do that. I would literally never do that," Emmy said. "Do girls really think that I would buy dresses with credit that I'm gifted and then charge everyone for it?"

When she was told that, yes, that's how people had been feeling, she became upset.

"That's just like, so f--king s--tty," she said as tears filled her eyes. "That's such a s--tty character callout, to think that I would take money from you guys? And like, hurt you guys? I don't need to order these f--king dresses, either. Michols [Peña] was asking me to."

In a confessional, she further cemented her innocence. "I volunteered to help Michols purchase all of the VIP service dresses," she explained. I put my credit card in like a normal person. I ordered these dresses, they came in, and all the girls loved them."

Next, she called Michols over to discuss the situation.

"They think that I would use my store credit to buy the dresses, charge them for my dresses, and just steal from them? And to be accused of that ... what the f--k?" she said.

"I did everything I could to help these girls. I do everything, and they think I'm stealing? What?!" she later added. That's what I get? That's what I get for being a good person? Are you kidding me? It's just like, I put them before me."

In a confessional, Michols shared his thoughts on the situation.

"You're at work. You need to keep it together," he said. "And by the way, you're wearing all white. Why are you crying? You don't want to buy new dresses anymore so let's not ruin the one you already have."

What is Emmy Sharrett's job at Republic?

In Season 1, Emmy started as a VIP server at Republic. During Season 2, she was promoted to Assistant General Manager. However, it was revealed that she was no longer in the role during the Season 2 reunion. Instead, she was back to being a VIP server

“We opened a new space — we asked several employees to go down there to help us with those new spaces,” Leva Bonaparte explained to host Andy Cohen during the reunion. “Emmy was told, ‘Listen, you’re going to train for AGM, you’re going to train for VIP, and we need you to go down the road to train.”

However, Emmy apparently decided not to do so, saying she felt “uncomfortable” and “overwhelmed."

“I wasn’t very secure on going down the road [to the new club] to be VIP manager when I thought I was AGM at Republic, and everything just got very confusing to me,” she said.
