Dr. Simone Whitmore’s Son Announced Which College He’ll Be Attending Next Fall
The Married to Medicine OBGYN seems ecstatic about her son's final decision.
Dr. Simone Whitmore and Cecil Whitmore have an incredible reason to celebrate today. The Married to Medicine couple just shared some amazing new about their son, Michael, and his plans for the future. Michael has officially chosen the college he will be attending in the fall. Simone and Cecil couldn't be more proud.
According to the Whitmores, Michael committed to Lee University in Tennessee and he will be playing basketball there as well. The soon-to-be freshman has played for years and now, he'll get to represent his new school once fall rolls around. Hard work really does pay off!
To show her support, Dr. Simone posted a tribute to Michael and his decision on Instagram. The proud mom shared a photo of her son in his basketball uniform with the words "Lee Men's Basketball" and "Committed" in the background. She wrote, "Congratulations!!! @Michaelwhitmoree stay committed to the Game @leeuniversity here we come!!!"
Cecil also shared a thoughtful post, dedicated to his son's exciting news. He posted an old photo of Michael and himself wearing tracksuits on their driveway. Cecil wrote, "To celebrate @Michaelwhitmoree commitment to @leeuniversity I had to hit you with #tbt with a little #slimhusky proud of my son getting a chance to play the game he loves for a coach that believes in him. Let's Go Flames! @leeuflames."
