Dorinda Medley's Dog Lucy Has Passed Away
The Real Housewives of New York City mom announced the sad news on Instagram.
From Luann de Lesseps to Bethenny Frankel, the entire The Real Housewives of New York City gang goes gaga for dogs. (Check the video out above to see the ladies discussing their beloved pups.) Of course, Dorinda Medley is no exception to that rule, and was an ever-loving dog mom to her pooch Lucy. So we were sad to see the RHONY pal's recent update regarding her sweet pooch.
On September 30, Dorinda took to Instagram to share the heartbreaking news that Lucy had died. To caption a photo of the dog looking sweetly at the camera, the RHONY pal posted a quote from Winnie the Pooh that had us blinking back tears. "Young Christopher Robin: Silly old bear. I wouldn't ever forget about you, Pooh, I promise. Not even when I'm a hundred," she wrote.
Dorinda then added: " I’ll miss you forever my sweet Lucy."
In another touching post, Dorinda showed off a foggy morning on the lawn of her Berkshires home. "Lucy, early morning was our time . I hope you’re all restored and playing with your real mom and Richard in heaven," she wrote, alluding to her late husband who died in 2011.
