It looks like Brielle Biermann and her ex-boyfriend Slade Osborne have majorly reconnected three years after they called it quits. First, Brielle and Slade were spotted indulging in some pampering with her youngest siblings in September, and now the pals have reunited for an even bigger occasion.
Brielle was with Slade in Miami, Florida this past weekend to celebrate his birthday. Both Brielle and Slade shared the sweetest Instagram posts showing them having fun in the sun together.
Actually, the Don't Be Tardy daughter's birthday wishes for Slade were even sweeter. "SCREAMING HAPPY BIRTHDAY to my best friend, my angel, my love forever! You’ve been one of the best things that’s ever happened to me for the past 5 years and I couldn’t imagine a life without your silly self!" Brielle gushed in the caption to a post featuring a photo of herself and Slade on Instagram. "Here’s to doing crazy, impulsive, erratic sh-- together for the rest of our lives! Love you forever!"

Slade also showed his gratitude to Brielle for helping to give him such an epic birthday. "Wanted to thank everyone for all the love and birthday wishes yesterday and beyond grateful for this girl for making it such a special one," Slade shared in a post on Instagram that featured several photos of his birthday festivities with Brielle.
