Does NeNe Leakes Have a Favorite Housewife?
She also reveals a little-known fact about Andy Cohen.
Real Housewives of Atlanta star NeNe Leakes recently stopped by the The Meredith Vieira Show where she took some time out to answer some burning questions in a web-only clip from her appearance on the talk show.
And while NeNe admitted that if she had to pick Team Lisa Vanderpump or Team Brandi Glanville, she's always going to side with Team NeNe. Still, she did name some of her favorite Housewives from over the years. And they are a who's-who of all-stars from every franchise (except for Miami).
"I don't watch the Housewives honestly, so I would just have to choose people that I used to watch years ago," she said. "Caroline [Manzo], Gretchen [Rossi], Ramona [Singer], Jill [Zarin], Bethenny [Frankel], Kyle [Richards], Lisa [Vanderpump]. Vicki [Gunvalson] because she's been there for like ever and a freakin' day."
NeNe also dished a fun fact about the franchise's executive producer, Andy Cohen. "Everybody always wants to know something about Andy," she said. "I'm always getting asked that question. Andy—he's shady. He has a little messy side too. Yeah, Andy."
In addition to revealing stuff about her Bravo family, NeNe also revealed if she prefers her work on Broadway (she recently wrapped up a stint in Broadway's Cinderella) or reality TV. We're going to call it a tie.
"Broadway it fulfills me," she said. "It gives me something that reality [television] would never give me. Reality is just a whole different ball thing. It's a bunch of nastiness. It's a bunch of snatching wigs and weaves off and being shady. And that also takes a talent."
