Posting a manipulated pic on his Instagram, Reza Farahan jokes, “I didn’t want this out, but before it comes out on social media, I thought I’d come clean! @asasoltan and I did have nose jobs!” Both Shahs of Sunset stars are seen making funny faces with some exaggerated noses.
Fans took the funny fib in stride. “LMFAO, you’re so hilarious,” one fan wrote. “Lmfaoooooo love this!!!!!” said another.
Although Reza jested about the cosmetic enhancement, another Shahs star is no stranger to going under the knife, and hasn’t been shy about sharing her experiences. GG opened up earlier this year about procedures she’s received.
After battling rheumatoid arthritis, GG decided to get a butt and boob job. “Because of my condition, my weight fluctuated so much and it made my boobs saggy,” she said. “I used to be a 34B and now I’m a 34D! I love that I have sideboob now.”
